Cold & Flu blend is great to keep in the bathroom, kitchen, or on the go to fight off colds, headaches, sore throats, fevers, stomach aches, etc. The blend includes peppermint, lavender, lemon, ravensara, tea tree, and eucalyptus.

Directions for Use: Add 4 to 5 drops of Cold & Flu essential oil to your favorite aromatic diffuser during flu season to freshen the air and keep sickness away

Apply few drops under the nose, to the back of the neck, or on wrists when using topically to fight off the flu
